Meet Our Director:
Dr. Velma Jean Carroll
As the Director of Stonewall Child Learning Center, I am passionate about empowering children to reach their full potential. With over a decade of experience in childcare, including roles as an Early Childhood Teacher and Learning Center Director, I bring expertise in creating enriching environments for young learners. I hold a B.S. Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Doctorate Degree in Humanities. Outside of my professional life, I am actively involved in Carroll Temple C.O.G.I.C., where I teach Adult Sunday school and serve as the Church Administrator.
